Tour suggestion 3: Fjordhopping Monday – Friday to Forsand, Flørli and Kjerag
Day 1:
See tour suggestion 2. Instead of returning by tourist ferry: Stay overnight at the Stavanger Mountain Touring Association's cabin at Flørli: unstaffed cabin, bring your own food and sheet sleeping bag.
Day 2:
Transport by express boat from Flørli to Lysebotn. Transport from the ferry quay at Lysebotn to the starting point for the walk to Kjerag from the Øygardstøl farm can be ordered by phone, tel. 90832035. Return trip to Kjerag: 10 km 5-6 hours, a demanding walk! Sturdy footwear and good physical shape essential!
Hop on and off the tourist ferry and express boat. Tourist tickets will be available in the summer season, and can be purchased at the Fiskepir terminal in Stavanger and on board the boats.
